Residential Property Management- Property Inspection, interior and exterior (heating & air conditioning inspection and maintenance, inspection of exterior walls, curbs and gutters, elevators, grounds, windows, stairways, plumbing, bathroom, outdoor lighting, garage, roof & sidewalks), housekeeping and maintenance, landscaping & grounds maintenance, car storage and weekly car start, snow removal, hire competent contract workers and supervise work, rentals advertised with google adwords. |

Commercial Property Management- Property Inspection, interior and exterior (heating & air conditioning inspection and maintenance, inspection of exterior walls, curbs and gutters, elevators, grounds, windows, stairways, common areas, plumbing, outdoor lighting, parking lot, roof & sidewalks), housekeeping and maintenance of all common interior areas, landscaping & grounds maintenance, snow removal, hire competent contract workers and supervise work, advertise available spaces with google adwords, help with leases, accounting services, tenant screening and rent collection. We are responsible and responsive to tenant needs, providing a safe and clean environment and encouraging tenant cooperation. |

We charge $75 for weekly inspections with a written report emailed to you. Required services would be billed directly to you. |
We charge $100 for once monthly inspections with a written report emailed to you. |
