The Aspen Square is a condo hotel located in the heart of downtown Aspen. All of the condos are owned by individuals and are available for rent when not in use by the owners. These are studio, 1,2 and 3 bedroom condos. There are only two 3 bedrooms which are rarely available for sale. All of the 101 condos offer a wood burning fireplace and fully equipped kitchens. Each of the condos has an exterior patio with great mountain views. In the middle of this complex, you will find a newly refurbished outdoor entertainment area consisting of a heated pool, water feature and several hot tubs. |
