With this information, the owner selects his additional week.

Ownership
Each one-eighth (1/8) interest is an undivided deeded, fee simple interest in real estate. Each
owner has equal rights of usage within their three- or four-bedroom residence type based on the
rotation system. Ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed, recorded in the county records
and insured by a title insurance policy. The deeded one-eighth (1/8) undivided interest may be
financed, willed, placed in a trust or owned separately. Owners may purchase as many one-eighth
(1/8) interests as they wish as it pertains to their travel needs.
Hotel Rooms
There are eight (8) Hotel Rooms and Suites located in the club that will be “exclusively reserved”
for two weeks after each confirmation date, each season, for Owners’ use only. Applicable
seasonal rates will apply.
