Housekeeping Fees |

Usage There are no limits to owner usage. Each owner reserves two non-consecutive winter weeks and two non-consecutive summer weeks 6 months in advance. Weeks are selected on a rotating priority basis. After receiving confirmation of weeks received, owner may reserve another week in winter and another week in summer based on space available. When the space available week is used, owners may reserve another that same season.

Owners may stay in any unit that's available of the size they purchased and may request a specific unit or more than one unit if available. Owners pay only housekeeping fees when occupying.
